J.T. has worked with business leaders from the small organization to leaders of the Fortune 500.
J.T. provides consulting services throughout the United States and expanded his practice in 2004 to international clients. He is dedicated to adding value to clients and helping them to increase revenue and improve performance.
J.T. lives in Tidewater Virginia with his wife of 20 years and their four sons. When not helping companies and leaders become more fantastic he enjoys travel, reading history, writing and fly fishing.
